My current housemates are both leaving the area at the end of our lease. Looking for two housemates to fill two bedrooms in this gem of a townhome starting September 1st, 2021.
About me:
What's good, i'm Miles! I am a 25 y/o male engineer working at Northrop Grumman in Redondo Beach (less than 5 minute drive). I'd prefer to live with other male young professionals. I am organized, clean, and respectful. I'm into music and the outdoors and open to going out and/or chilling. Would like to live with other chill people.
About the house:
The front room with the balcony is $1075 (pics 2 & 3) and the other room is $1000 even (pic 4). These two rooms will share a 2-sink bathroom (pic 5). There is a 3rd small bathroom downstairs. Utilities not included in rent price. The area is extremely chill, located very close to LAX and the 405 freeway, and is a ~10 minute drive from Hermosa Beach, ~8 minutes to Del Amo mall in Torrance. There is a two car garage along with an extra spot for a third car adjacent to the garage. Washer and dryer installed.
