2 Bedrooms for rent
Renting 2 rooms in my house in Lancaster, a 20 min walk to Antelope Valley University. 5 min drive to Metro-Link and Downtown Lancaster. Excellent location near everything.
Rent is $550 without utilities and $600 with utilities included. Security deposit of 400 is necessary. Receipts will be provided. We can do a lease of 6 moths to a year if you like it after 3 months. (Students will receive discounts)
I require proof of income, a background and credit check (no cost to you). I don't need great credit, only that you have no evictions on record and pay bills on time.
House comes with attached garage space for 2 cars. First tenant to sign up gets their own parking space.
I don't mind the occasional overnight friend as long as noise is minimum and you get full kitchen privileges. House has two shared bathrooms: 1 full and 1 half.
2 people max per room.
No pets (have a cat already). No drugs.
Respond if interested and we can set up a Skype meeting or an in person meeting at a mutually convenient time and place.
