We are looking for person who appreciates cleanliness, in a fun family atmosphere. House is very close to Long Beach city college, Cal State University long beach and few minutes from 91, 405, 605 freeways. Also very close to Long Beach airport, and many shopping malls. We are looking for a single person, who will not allow people to stay overnight, who have never been evicted before, never late on payments. Rent is $850, utilities included. We provide WiFi and laundry access. Also you have access to kitchen, living rooms, and backyard and have plenty of space on the fridge. ** Must be an ?animal person? willing to tolerate several animals residing in the home.
