You would be renting the whole downstairs living room and private bathroom. This is a 2 bedroom 1/2 bathroom townhome in La Verne. Perfect location for students or single persons as it is surrounded by retail stores such as Target, Marshalls, Kohl's and more. The townhome is located in the Amber Ridge Apartment's which is a peaceful, green and friendly environment. You will have access to the pool and gym which is a great way to keep busy during COVID. Inside the apartment there is a full kitchen and in house washer and dryer. Water, gas trash/sewage is covered by rent so you will have to split electricity and internet with the 2 other girls living there. There are 2 cats, 1 kitty and 1 almost a year old so you must be pet friendly. This is a very artistic household so you will be free to paint and be creative to your hearts content. This household accepts all genders and ethnicities and will not be discriminated against (which is something hard to find these days). You should have a good credit score and no criminal record.
