I am looking for like-minded roommates to look for a 3-4 bedroom apartment together. Looking for people ideally in their late 20s, working professionals who are friendly, communicative, but are also courteous of their roommates. Cleanliness is a must!
Possibly open to couples but you must be willing to pay a larger portion of the rent for a room.
My budget for a room is about $800-$1000/room (so about $2800 max for a 3 bedroom apartment would be best but can be flexible). Pictures posted are of one 3 bed-apartment I found in the mid-city area!
Areas that I'm currently looking at: east LA, Glendale, K-town (and surrounding areas), Mid-City.
