Looking for Roommate in Shared Apartment

Room is private and comes with a bed, desk, and TV. Water, gas, electricity, and Wifi is all included. Everything in apartment is shared. Access to underground parking. There is also a coin laundry on the premises.

You'll be sharing the apartment with me and my mother.

Looking for:
One person only.
Employed and can pay rent on time.
Clean and quiet. (Most of our neighbors are elderly so quiet is preferred.)
No daytime or overnight visitors/guests.
Absolutely no alcohol or drugs in the house. (Same rule applies for the common area in the complex.)

About Us:
We are both very clean and quiet and keep to ourselves.
I'm home most of the time but am usually gone in the mornings since I'm a full-time nursing student (due to Covid may be home a lot). I will also be gone most weekend nights for work.
My mother is a full-time professional who is out of the house most of the day due to work and usually leaves early. She is also out of the house most weekends most of the time.
