About the resident landlords and current tenant:
Jordan (26F) and Hunter (28M) are a college-educated, introverted couple. We love cooking, gardening, and our rescue cats. Jordan is a studio artist and Hunter is an accountant. Our tenant, Gail (55F) is a retired Union Activist and zoo vetinary technician. Gail has a rescue cat as well. We are looking for a roommate who is a student or professional. Ideally they will be of a similar disposition to us three (considerate, quiet, tidy), but we are open to establishing quiet hours and visitor rules (etc.) if necessary.
