31 year old relaxed professional gay guy looking for roommate ideally around my age.

About the apartment:
It's a spacious 2 bedroom apartment with one shared bathroom. (You would have your own private bedroom. The pictures of the room right now are of my current roommate's stuff who is moving out soon.) The place has central AC/heat, in unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, hardwood floors, and gated non tandem parking.

***SoCal Gas / LADWP / Internet usually add up to a little less than $100 extra a month***

About the location:
It's on the border of East Hollywood and Koreatown and a very short car ride to the 101.

What I'm looking for in a roommate:
A chill professional person who is clean, makes a serious effort to keep the common spaces clean, has a steady income, doesn't have pets, respectful, kind, considerate, not a smoker, a good communicator, takes Covid seriously, is vaccinated, and is who is mostly not looking to throw parties at the apartment.

Looking for a September 1st move in but I am open to sooner. Would also have to pay one month security deposit.
