Hi everyone! My roommate is moving out at the end of July and I will be searching for someone to move in August 1st.

About me: 24, female, bi, single, I have one amazing dog that is friendly toward other pets. I work part time from home in film production and part time as a bartender in a restaurant. Also very new to LA so I may not be able to answer incredibly specific questions you have.

About the apartment: located near Koreatown, 2 br 1b with spacious communal areas and onsite laundry. Located near metro 16/17 bus stops and in walking distance of restaurants in Koreatown. It will look a little different from the photos as my roommate moves their stuff out and I move my stuff in. But still a similar overall look. To move in you have to apply through my apartment and provide proof of income. It’s fairly easy.

About you: no preference on gender or sexuality. Looking for someone who is laid back and likes keeping communal areas clean. Also someone who doesn’t mind that I work late at night and often come home past midnight (walking around on the wood floors can get creaky). My dog is very attention focused and will more than likely try to hang out with you while I’m gone. Please keep pets to one or less, there isn’t much room for more!
