This apartment is fully furnished. I signed the lease for one year in October. I am planning to move to a different city so I am looking for someone to take over my lease. Leasing office will do the background check and usual financial check before the lease.

This apartment has mesmerising view of Hollywood hills. Can see the Hollywood sign from the living room and bedroom.

Apartment has walk-in closed which is located inside the batharoom. Apartment also has washer and dryer units inside the bathroom. It is very spacious. Kitchen has breakfast bar and double door fridge with water filter installed. Kitchen and living room has wooden floor.

I am planning to leave most of my furniture behind which includes Cali king size bed with topper, sofa, barstools and more. All the furniture is from IKEA.

Apartment complex has jacuzzi and large pool which has downtown la views . Gym and other amenities are also there.

Base rent it $2100 + utilities
