Parking spot, private room furnished bedroom, private bathroom. Fully furnished living room, and fully furnished kitchen as well. Living Room floor was updated a few years ago, bedrooms and hallways floors and paint was updated this year. Kitchen is full with appliances and a microwave, including a new range purchased this year. There is a great dining room table and work space. There is a study corner with two comfy chairs, great for reading, watching tv and another workspace. Bedroom has a queen size bed, with a new mattress, good size dresser with many drawers, closet inside the room, night stand, tv with Roku setup and lamp provided. In the private full bathroom there is a lot of bathroom cabinet storage, counter space, medicine cabinet, full bath and shower combination. There is some hallway shared storage space.

One other person, it is a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom unit. The common space is well spaced and overall nice big size and (when the world is safe again) for nice size gatherings. For now, it is good for social distance hang outs with 1 or 2 guest.

Looking for one professional (female or male) , clean, Covid conscious, respectful and no smoker. If you are working remotely this is a great place to live as well. Plenty of workable spaces. I am a educator, looking for a housemate who is neat, Covid 19 conscious, socialize well and also respect privacy. If you work from home there are a few workable spaces in the common area in addition to your room.

Approximately 5 minutes to the 405 and the 105 highways, Approximately10 minutes to LAX, Approximately15 mins from Ram's football Stadium. Approximately 10mins to the nearest Beaches, about 15 mins to Santa Monica Beach and other beaches. Approximately 10 mins to Westfield Mall. Approximately 5 mins to multiple grocery stores,- Amazon grocery. Clothing Stores; Marshall's & Ross. 5 mins from multiple banks and eateries (Chick-a-fil-a, Panns, TGIF Fridays and more).
