Need a Roommate Replacement

Hey!

My name is Aaliyah and I am looking for a roommate so I can renew my lease in August. I have a 2 bed/2 bath in Inglewood and my roommate is moving out so I?ll need to replace her.

You?d get your own bathroom connected to your room and your own space in the parking garage. All new appliances in the kitchen and pretty much already furnished except your room and my roommate is taking the dining set so we?d need that. I really love it here lol it?s a lot of space!

I graduated from college a year ago, so I am looking to live with a woman in my age group that?s either working or finishing school. I really want someone who likes to have fun but also is working and driven and respects quiet times, especially during this work from home period.

My main concern is cleanliness- there is a living room, dining room and kitchen and I would like a roommate that understands shared responsibility in weekly cleaning and respect for shared spaces. I would like the home to be a safe, comfortable and enjoyable space for all who live there so if you want to have a great place to live please reach out!

I?m looking to solidify this by July 17th so I can have time to legally update my lease :)
