Gorgeous 2 bed Highland Park Apartment for Rent

I am going to travel for 6-10 months and am looking for an amazing tenant to live in my apartment for that time!

About the apartment:
Located in Highland Park, the apt is 1.5 miles away from two different main streets with lots of great bars, coffee shops, restaurants, and shops. There are multiple bus stops nearby, and a train station 1.5 miles walk from the apt.
It is a 2 bed, 1.5 bath apartment. Renovated 2 years ago, the apartment has new appliances including a dishwasher and a washer/dryer in-unit, and central heat and AC (all rare in LA!). It is a 2 story unit with a front door that you can drive up to- kind of like a townhome.
The whole apartment is furnished except for the second bedroom, which is empty.
One parking spot is included and you can rent a second parking spot for $100/month. Monthly utilities are not included in the $2350, but will need to be paid by the tenant.
Things to know: you are surrounded by neighbors on all sides, so there is a good amount of neighbor noise. I do not find it overwhelming, but you should definitely keep in mind that this is a city apartment.
I have a cat, he will be traveling with me. I am super clean, but often pet dander can linger even after deep cleans. If you are severely allergic to cats, please keep this in mind.

About you:
I am looking for someone who is responsible, kind, respectful of space & furniture, pays bills on time, is communicative, and will maintain the good relationships I have with my neighbors. I love my space and would prefer to have someone who is good at maintaining homes. I'm not looking to make money on this rental but just cover the costs. If this is you, I'd love to chat! I can potentially be flexible with dates for the right tenant.
