Two unfurnished bedrooms for rent in bright 3 bed 2 bath apartment! These two bedrooms will share one bathroom. In unit laundry washer and dryer, and full baths :)

My roommates are moving out around the middle to the end of June (flexible for whichever one may work better for you!)

There is a community front yard with bamboo that has lighting, tables and seating if you're feeling like relaxing outdoors whether it be day or night. You get your own reserved parking spot (and there is street parking for your guests). A lovely shared living room and kitchen. All the rooms have windows. The apartment is located in walking distance near a lot of conveniences such as lovely coffee shops, Bank of America, and a Bargain Market Grocery outlet right down the street and a great taco stand. The freeways are also conveniently nearby!

No smoking inside the apartment but you can go to the yard if you would like to!

You would be living with me and my dog Murphy, a sweet little emotional support dog Papillon who likes people. As for myself, I'm a laid back, clean and friendly introvert who's always open for communication! I do my best to be conscientious of others. While down for a conversation or a movie night, I'm also respectful of other people's space and preferences. Murphy tends to stay in my room most of the time but loves to say hello. We are COVID conscious.

The lease is month to month, with 30 day notice. Utilities are split between all tenants (gas, electricity, and internet).
