Detached Highland Park Studio w/Parking

We have a detached studio apartment available adjacent to our Highland Park home. Flexible month-to-month arrangement with no lease, so it's a great transitional spot. Studio includes kitchenette complete with sink, mini-fridge, microwave, hot plate, and countertop space, a good-sized bathroom that has its own closet space and tub, and there is additional storage available under the main house or in the studio attic. High efficiency laundry is on site, and there's an outdoor living space that includes a homemade bouldering wall and fitness equipment that you're welcome to use so long as you do it safely. Utilities are included in the rental price (yes, this means wifi) and you get your own dedicated, off-steet parking spot as well.

There is currently a twin Tuft and Needle mattress on a frame in the apt as well, but you're welcome to bring your own.

It's a quiet spot in a quiet neighborhood. We have a driveway camera and there is a gate that can be closed should you have any security concerns regarding your vehicle. There are friendly cats on the property that mainly hang out with us in the main house, and you can interact with them as often or as little as you like. We do hang in the outdoor space from time to time, but we're respectful and take care to not be disruptive, and we always communicate any events we might have, like having friends over, etc. We're pretty busy with work and an active outdoor lifestyle, and you may not see much of us, though we'll be there for you as soon as possible should you need anything.
