I am looking for someone to move into my 2 bedroom/1 bath apartment just two blocks up from the beach in South Hermosa. My friend is sadly moving out but this is a great spot that I don't want to give up! I am currently month to month which would be great to continue but I am not sure if the property managers would require a new lease with a new tenant. I said that it is available Nov. 1 but could probably work out a move in sometime in October if that works better with your timeline.

It is a very quiet, safe neighborhood in an amazing location with a 3 minute walk to the beach and less than 1/2 mile walk to the Hermosa Pier. We also have covered parking which can fit up 3 cars and a massive rooftop balcony with 360 degree views!

I am a 30yr old female and looking for someone male or female, ideally probably 27-35yrs old. I work full time and have a hybrid schedule so I split my time in the office and WFH. I am clean, respectful, social and love to spend my time outdoors at the beach or snowboarding in the winter.
