Renting Private Room with an amazing location two blocks from the beach! This is an upper unit of a duplex with 2bed/1bath.

-Utilities cost around $60/month (WiFi, electric, and gas) landlord pays water and trash

-No pets allowed per property management
-Lease is month to month(you would have to apply with rental property but it’s easy and they are nice!)
-Room is a medium/large size, has tv hook up on wall, two windows for great natural light, overhead dimmable lighting, ceiling fan, and normal size closet. Pictures show a KING size bed for reference; the room will be UNFURNISHED.

Cross streets are Manhattan Ave & Second St. It’s an easy walk to the Hermosa Pier, multiple grocery stores, great restaurants etc. The unit itself has all overhead lighting, Nest climate control, a bar counter, good size kitchen, open living room, and 55” Smart TV.

There are two girls who live in the lower unit, and one girl in a studio in the back. We are all in our 20/30s and get along. There? s a decent size outdoor patio we all share... a laundry room and some garage storage space for the fun stuff like bikes, surfboards, etc.

About Me:
I am a female in my late twenties who lives an active lifestyle and works in sales, hoping to find someone with a similar lifestyle (guy or girl) 20s-30s as a roommate. This place is awesome, I just moved to the area in the beginning of the year. I travel a lot for work (currently working remote from home) and am looking for a respectful/considerate roommate.
