Room in Beach style townhome with OCEAN VIEW

Unfurnished room with large closet available in front unit of 3-bedroom 2-bath duplex. Bathroom would be shared. Our place is furnished and includes all appliances, storage space in the garage, lovely ocean view from our very spacious balcony, and 2 fun/active/clean roommates. Just a 10 min walk to the pier and beach, several shops/restaurants nearby, and the gym is across the street if you're into that. Minimum 3-month commitment, then lease is month-to-month. First-month's rent plus deposit of the same is required upon signing the lease. Utilities are approximately $70 a month. Parking is on the street, but we rarely have any issues finding a spot.

We are 2 professional gals in our 30s and have lived in the place for 1&8 years. We are fairly mellow, but no stranger to the occasional cocktails. We're clean, work near the area, and spend as much time enjoying the beautiful beach as we possibly can (cornhole, beach volleyball, beach cruisers, etc). There is a small terrier-mix dog (13lbs) that shares the place with us, he's a little skiddish and rocks a mohawk, but will warm up to you.

We're looking for someone that will mesh well, laid-back, good person, fun, and active. You should be reliable, fairly clean, and say no to drugs.
