The bedroom is located on the ground floor with its own private full bathroom. Other bedrooms are located on a separate floor, so it is easy to unwind after work with minimal interruptions. There is a full closet with plenty of space for clothes, along with an under stairs storage room with lots of space.

The house is a 3 Bed/4 Bath stand alone unit with 3 levels. There is a spacious balcony off the living room, located on the 3rd floor. Full sized luxury kitchen with top of the line stainless steel appliances. Large living room with built in sound system, fireplace, and wall mounted flat screen TV.

Along with all of this is a rooftop balcony with incredible ocean views, fully turfed, has a gas firepit, seating area, and propane grill.

This house is one of the few in the area that includes A/C and a central HVAC system. Utilities are very reasonable, running less that $100/month total. Street parking is easy to find, and there is an attached 2 car garage for off the street parking, along with a guest space for the unit.

There are 3 other roommates in the house. They are all very respectful, nice roommates ages 26-27. The two guys are engineers at SpaceX, and the girl is finishing up school and works as a wedding planner.
