Large Private ocean view room walk-in closet

Large house, 5 bedroom/4 bath, 2 kitchens, den, front room, backyard barbecue (gas), front yard...fruit trees, etc. This bedroom is on the second floor, ocean facing. The mother-in-laws is taken. My other two roommates, one upstairs in the south bedroom., one downstairs. This is an ocean view house, top of the hill. Looking for a no-drama roommate, no drugs, no smoking. If I stay I will be working, otherwise in Maui. Upstairs roommate (3 jobs) and golfs. Very fun person.. just not around a lot Downstairs roommate works part-time, golfs on Wednesdays, has two cats, one in one out, not in main part of house, though. This room was my room, therefore the largest, very large walk-in closet (10x9) is partially furnished, but can be "unfurnished" and stored in garage or sold off. Cal King bed, two chairs, dresser, cedar chest, possible leather loveseat. utilities included. We have Spectrum, full package and golf. Nighthawk Negear, 2.5 and 5, so great wifi. If two are in the room, I will add $20 for extra water useage. One vehiicle in driveway, ample street parking, never a problem except for the fair time. The shared bathroom is a large beautiful cobalt blue tiled shower/floor/countertops and separate bathtub, beam ceiling, double sink and a toilet room.
