Roomate Wanted - Convenient/modern South Bay Condo

Located in the Fusion at South Bay complex off Aviation and Marine, these modern condos are convenient located to shopping (fashion, grocery, specialty), restaurants, bars, beaches, the airport, and more!

The unit is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo with wood flooring. I'm looking for a flatmate for the downstairs room. The bathroom will be "shared" by any visitors but is more or less yours. My husband and I stay in the upstairs master bedroom and we have a 1.5-year old mini-dachshund. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances including Dishwasher, Refrigerator/Freezer, Oven, and Microwave. Washer/Dryer in unit. Bedroom is roughly 100 sq ft with mini walk-in closet. Private outdoor parking space included in rent. Utilities (gas, water, electric, internet) are not included and will be split 3-ways (~$60-75pp). Rent is $1250 per month.

Flexible on move-in date, beginning mid- or late-April.

Available furnished with Queen Bed and 2 Night Stands at no additional cost or unfurnished.

About Us
I work as a Financial Analyst 7-5PM, and usually go to the gym from 6-7PM. My husband recently moved from Australia and is in the process of securing work, so he is at home a bit during the days. When things are normal, I like to travel and sometimes randomly pick up and leave for the weekend., and my husband sometimes is out in the evenings playing tennis. On the weekends, we're often out exploring with our dog and/or seeing friends. If at home, we usually prefer a night in watching Hulu/Netflix or playing Board Games than a wild night out. Generally tend to keep to ourselves at home.
