I recently went through a divorce and have a nice town home to offer. I am rarely home and have two cats and am safe and sane. I am a pre-construction executive for a development company. We can divide the rent in two or three depending on applicants. if only one then rent is $1400 plus $150 for all utilities which typically run $300/mos for water $55 gas $26 and electric$150 and internet $60/mos or we can split the utilities I just rounded to $300 for your convenience. If split in two you get two rooms with a dorm style shared restroom between each room. Or if there are two of you then we all pay $1000/mos which includes all the utilities Water/trash/sewer/internet/ele ctric. Im very fair and am looking for similar roomates
