Room available in South Bay (5 miles from beach)

We have one room available in a single family home located on a quiet cul-de-sac in Torrance. The room is semi-furnished (bed/dresser) and measures 10 x 11. Roommates will be sharing a bathroom which has a double sink vanity, bathtub and shower. Utilities are approximately $225/month in addition to monthly rent and includes: WiFi, Internet, Cable, Water, Trash, Gas, Electricity & housekeeper (once/month).

A background and credit check will be required. You will have access to the kitchen, laundry room and front living room with fireplace. We have a large back yard if you are interested in gardening. Location is very close to Old Torrance, Del Amo Mall, El Camino College, Cal State Dominguez, nearby parks, nice restaurants, grocery stores and the beach.
