Private bed/bath in townhouse (new bed included)

Hi! I have an extra room in my remodeled 3 bedroom townhouse.

I (35yo female) am staying in the master and work from home in the second bedroom. I am social but also typically do my own thing, and am looking for someone who does the same.

You would have a room and a bathroom all to yourself. The bedroom is about 10' x 12' and comes with a queen bed in-room (I can remove if preferred). The room is otherwise unfurnished.

Besides the room and the shared bathroom, the living room can be a common area. You may, of course, use the kitchen and living room, but must always stay clean.

Amenities:

- Gated Community
- Central fan/heating
- Washer and dryer in-unit
- Tandem garage parking (1 spot. Sedan preferred. Trucks/SUVs will not fit)
- Community Pool/ Jacuzzi + BBQ area
- Security walking around from 7pm to 7am
- Guests are allowed, always to an extent.
- Wifi of course (we can split this and other monthly utilities -- water, gas, electric)
- Plenty of access to public transit (solid bus system that gives access to downtown)
- Nice public park nearby
- Shopping, health centers, gyms, malls, and beach all within 15 minutes

I ask of you to be respectful, to clean up after yourself, and to never be late on the payments.
