1 room for rent in 3 bedroom Townhome

Have an extra room in my 3 bedroom Town home. someone is currently living there but they will be out on by the 1st of March.

The bathroom is shared with the other roommate.
The bedroom is about 10' x 12'
Unfurnished, but with a large sliding door closet.

***I have 2 Large dogs and a bearded dragon. You will not be asked to take care of them though. No more pets allowed.***

Besides the room and the shared bathroom, the living room can be a common area. You may use the kitchen and living room, but MUST always stay clean. I cannot stress this enough, I like to keep my house clean.

-Spectrum Cable TV app (extra charge. A third of the cable bill.. Has HBO, Showtime, NFL Network, Dodgers and Lakers Channel)
-Guest visits: one night out of the 7 day week, and one guest only. strictly enforced.
-The fridge/freezer can be split into 3 section to support the 3 of us.
-Fridge has water and ice dispenser

Parking will be done on the streets. Luckily, the struggle for parking is not tough here. There is almost always parking. visitors have never had an issue. No street cleaning either.

I ask of you to be respectful to roommates and neighbors.

The kitchen is my Pet Peeve. If you cook; you will wash ALL the dishes you used, including pots and pans, after you finish eating. Dishes will not stay overnight on the sink dirty, or filled with water. You will use your own pots, pans, and cooking utensils. (you will have a shelf) (we use disposable plates, forks and spoons. we all will pitch in for that) If you spilled something on the counter top or on the floor, please clean it. The kitchen will always look clean. We cook the food that we eat there. If I need to start telling you to clean up after yourself (not only in the kitchen, but all common areas) I will ask you to move out. I'm not your mom, you're moving into a room in my house. (I promise, this is just something very important to me). I don't feel like this is asking too much though, i'm sure you do all of this already.

The living room and dining area should also stay clean. But if you forget something, no biggie. Just don't let it sit there for days.

If you leave a room, please turn off the lights. I put this here because not everyone thinks this way. I've seen it.

BUT besides that we are laid back. we either work or go to school. We drink on the weekends. listen to music. (any EDM fans?) play video games. go out to the bar. Stay up late on the weekends. One of us is into anime and stuff. Even go to Comic-con. One of us likes sports. NFL is on every Sunday during football season. We enjoy getting out sometimes. We enjoy doing new things. We are enjoying life, responsibly! We have fun, but always controlled fun. Need a gym partner? Want to do some outdoor hobbies? Let's go!

NO Cigarette/Cigar Smokers. No other drugs allowed in the house.
