Old World Charm Furnished Room - Very Special Home

We are looking for a responsible house mate who is looking for a "home" setting in Hancock Park. No drama and good communication is essential.

The furnished Downstairs Bedroom with a full bath in the hallway is available on November 15th. It has a newer full size bed, armoire, Smart TV on the wall, desk, linens and a/c unit included. All other bedrooms are upstairs.

We have all the amenities and the price includes everything: utilities, high speed fiber optics internet, parking permit, DirecTV with HBO in the living room. A private garage is available for an additional fee.

The kitchen is stocked with dishes, pots and pans, utensils and two refrigerators, as well as a dishwasher, laundry room with washer/dryer. The backyard is filled with plants and fruit trees, a patio, BBQ and lawn furniture. A balcony terrace upstairs is great for getting some sun or a quiet place to relax.

Our housekeeper comes twice a month and the gardener comes once a week. The photos will show you the type of quality furniture in our home.

My husband and I own the house and have a room upstairs, but only spend a minimal amount of time in Los Angeles. Both of us are in the music and entertainment business. We currently have two other roommates who live here, both professionals in entertainment and finance.

We all respect each other's space, enjoy a good conversation over a glass of wine, and are there to help if needed. It is a world away in the middle of the city with old world charm of a bygone era. And Mozza Pizzeria is next door!
