We are a recently renovated coliving community, built like apartments for privacy, but with a communal environment. We live by the idea that everyone knows everyone here, and it's a fun place to live (especially if you don't know many people in LA). The building is located in Hancock Park/Koreatown.
We have a 3 diffrent size rooms, including (13ftx19ft) at $1200, (11x12) at $1125, and (10ftx11ft) at $1075.
There is also a back patio, co-workspace/media room, and a gym.

-Your own lease (no worry about a roommate moving out or paying!)
-3 rooms will share a common kitchen and bathroom
-$75 Utilities charge covers all utilities, WiFi and bi-weekly professional cleaning of your kitchens and bathrooms
-Community Director lives onsite and plans regular dinners, volunteering days, beach outings and such.
