Seeking roommate(s) for clean, creative house

Hi!

My boyfriend and I live in a 3 bedroom craftsman house near Larchmont Village with a beautiful open floor plan. We have a big, well maintained backyard with old trees, a vegetable garden, a sunken hot tub, fruit trees (oranges, guavas, figs, and lemons), outdoor dining, and a chiminea.

We're looking for people to fill both the upstairs grandma's attic (a large room with surround windows and a private full bath), as well as a downstairs room that overlooks the backyard. Both bedrooms are unfurnished.

Common areas in the house include a living room, dining room, and kitchen. The common areas are already furnished so no need to bring any thing for those areas. There is also a laundry room and a small basement for storage.

Looking for (a) tidy, respectful, somewhat quiet roommate(s). I think someone in film could be great. Our ideal roommate is engaged with their lives and goals, thoughtful, and kind.

A little about us:

I'm a production designer in film and television. Occasionally I will have people over for meetings in the office. In my spare time I read, write, go on walks, and watch movies. I generally prefer a quieter environment.

My boyfriend is a writer and videographer. He's big on fitness. Really funny, caring, and a little irreverent. He's a musician, but he mostly plays his instruments in the garage, so noise shouldn't be a problem. He has what I would consider an encyclopedic knowledge of movies and music and is a big history buff.

We have a dog named Sadie. She is a dachshund mix. She barks sometimes, but we are trying to get it under control.

Rent for the upstairs only is 1500, rent for the downstairs is 1300. We would love to have a couple who is interested in both rooms, perhaps for a bedroom + office. Utilities run on average 280/month.
