Hello, my name is Wendy, I will have one medium-sized bedroom available on August 1st in my gorgeous, renovated Duplex in Larchmont.

The room faces the street, is pretty bright with two windows, fits a full or queen bed plus one dresser, and comes with half of a large closet.

$1,000 plus utilities capped at 40/month for internet, 150/month for water and power, 65/month if you want to have a cable box.

This apartment has a large renovated kitchen and 1 & 1/2 bathrooms for us to share. We live here with my dog and two cats, you must be pet friendly, not allergic, and respectful of their presence at all times.

I am a professional in the film business and I work from home.

A sweet young couple are living in my 3rd room at this time. She is a teacher's aid in Ontario and in grad school, and he is from Colorado, works in restaurants, acting, security, they are both in their mid 20's, love animals and love to cook and explore new spots in LA.

This duplex comes with off-street parking, a free washer and dryer, and we have half of a garage for bikes and/or storage. If you want to use one of the parking spaces, it will cost an extra 100/month.

This is a gorgeous neighborhood- great for walking in the mornings and evenings. This is the last street before all of the large estates and mansions, gorgeous views of the Hollywood sign. Near USC, Downtown LA, AFI, FIDM, Hollywood, Musicians Institute, about 25 minute drive to the beach, Santa Monica/Playa Del Rey/Venice. 10 minute Uber to Hollywood, 20 Mins to West Hollywood, Beverly Hills.
