Hello, my name is Wendy, I will have one medium-sized bedroom available on December 12th in my gorgeous, renovated Duplex in Larchmont.

The room is very bright, it fits a full or queen bed plus one dressers, it also has half of a large closet.

$1,000 plus utilities capped at 25/month for internet, 100/month for water and power, 65/month if you want to have a cable box, 100 for a parking space.

The room can come unfurnished or furnished with a queen mattress set and a large dresser if needed.

This apartment has a large renovated kitchen and 1 & 1/2 bathrooms for us to share. We live here with my dog and two cats, you must be pet friendly, not allergic, and respectful of their presence at all times.

I am a professional in the film business and I work from home so I?m looking for a roommate who works outside of the house and has an active social life.

This duplex comes with off-street parking available for an additional 100/month, a free washer and dryer, and we have half of a garage for bikes and/or storage.

This is a gorgeous neighborhood- great for walking in the mornings and evenings. This is the last street before all of the large estates and mansions, gorgeous views of the Hollywood sign. Near USC, Downtown LA, AFI, FIDM, Hollywood, Musicians Institute, about 25 minute drive to the beach, Santa Monica/Playa Del Rey/Venice. 10 minute Uber to Hollywood, 20 Mins to West Hollywood, Beverly Hills.
