Very large room for rent, in a 4 bedroom home with a sparkling pool, backyard patio and couple of charcoal grills.

Very large and spacious room, almost the size of a condo has a queen size bed, has its own private bathroom, work desk and a sliding door to outside area as well as an access to a shared free laundry room.

High-Speed Internet, Netflix, TV.

Shared kitchen & dining area with a large dining table.

Kitchen has a Gas Range, Large French door Refrigerator with an icemaker & water dispenser, Dishwasher, toaster, Keurig coffee maker and a toaster.

Future occupant must have a job, good credit, proof of income, dependable, be on time with rent, clean, with no criminal history and be respectful to occupants at home.
There is a zero tolerance for drug use.
Absolutely NO DRUGS of any kind and NO DRAMA.
There's NO SMOKING inside the house, but you could smoke outside and clean up after yourself, just use common sense.

Quiet time is after 9PM

You may occasionally have a visitor / family member, but the person must be in good standing with society and also be respectful to the house and occupants at home. There is no over night stay, unless it's family member visiting for couple of days or so I'd have no problem with that, just mention it prior to a visit for an approval.

Other than that, I guess I'd say a few things about myself
I've been living in this house for few years and it's been a very good home.
I'd love to share it with someone who meets the above criteria, has a positive personality and just in general a good person. I enjoy a good conversation over a cup of coffee or tea, catching a good flick, BBQing. I love my work, so I'd be spending a plenty of time at it and when not working, I usually work out or being creative with music when the inspiration comes. I am in a very good standing with all my neighbors, so I'd only ask that you respect them the same way I do. They are all wonderful people who are very family oriented and have kids.
