Room For Rent In Family Home On Cul-De-Sac

Hello!
I have a bedroom for rent in my home. It is less than 2 miles from CSUN, so it is perfect for a student, but you don't have to be. Please no couples or families. Rent includes all utilities. This is a family home, so no parties or overnight guests. We are also a very diverse family, so please no issues with race, religion, sexual orientation, etc. The bathroom is shared with two other renters, and the common areas of the home (living room, kitchen, laundry room) are for everyone. The room is furnished with a twin bed, nightstand, dresser, desk, and has a walk-in closet with organizers. It is a 2 story house located on a cul-de-sac in a GREAT neighborhood - very quiet with one minor exception: I sing in a rock band and we occasionally rehearse in the home for a few hours. I'll always give you a heads up as to exactly when rehearsal is so you can choose to leave and avoid the noise, or stay and enjoy the show! I have a cat, so if you are allergic it is probably not a good fit for you. And please no pets of your own ? sorry, but my cat does not get along with other animals.
