Room Available in Nice Granada Hills House

Nice 3 bedroom, 2 bath house with one bedroom available. I live here with my boyfriend and my cat. I prefer to share with another female ONLY. You will have your own private bathroom. My boyfriend and I share the other one.

The house has a nice, private back yard and swimming poolon a cul de sac. Yard is completely fenced in and secure. Our kitchen has a dishwasher, garbage disposal, oven/stove combo, large fridge and reverse osmosis water filter system. We also have top of the line Bosch washer and dryer on premises. Screened-in patio goes out to the back yard and in-ground pool. You will have access to all of this. Central AC, heat, electric, gas, water, trash pick-up and high-speed 100mps internet are all included.

We have dishes, glasses, cups and flatware for you to use - as well as all the small appliances and kitchen gadgets. The house is fully-furnished. You will only need to furnish your bedroom.

We have a sweet kitty named Molly who is almost 2. She's very shy and warms up to you when she gets to know you.

We are creatives active in the entertainment industry. We are drug-free and drama-free. We are easy to get along with, and respectful of other's privacy, etc. We expect cleanliness and rent to be paid on time. As long as you are responsible, we will live in harmony. This is a great area convenient to everything. We are 1 mile from the 118 and 405, and 2 miles from the 5. This street is pretty quiet, safe and has plenty of free parking. We've seen many rentals out there. This is a gem for sure.
