Room Available to be roommates

Hi, As of June 1st I will have 1 available bedroom in my 2 bedroom apartment.

I can provide a bed if you need one.

You will have bathroom right in front of your bedroom which I barely use because I have one in my master bedroom.

*Only one person can apply. No couples

*i have a cat so if you are allergic please be aware of this. I do clean up frequently but still if you are allergic it may affect you.

Requirements

*Background and Credit check
*Must pay 1 month of rent and 1 month of rent deposit and show proof of income.
* Lease is a month-to-month lease.

There is a Ralph just 5-minute walk and 8-minute walk to Eagle Rock Plaza, Target and Fitness 19 Gym. The Americana is only 8 minutes driving distance and freeway is quite close as well.
