Quiet creative wanted to share

CURRENTLY: SHORT TERM RENTALS ONLY! If we get on incredibly well then I'm open to sharing on a longer basis.

Looking for a NEAT, TIDY & CLEAN gay/bi male housemate who puts things back where they find them & cleans without having to be asked to do it. I'm an easy person to live with unless you're an incurable slob ;-)

It'd be great to share with someone in the film/tv biz if possible but most important for me is: being reliable, considerate, respectful of the space & an ability to tidy up after yourself.

I sometimes film in the house so you need to be okay with a little disruption from time to time, caused by filming & me coaching acting students.

I also use one of the rooms as my massage studio & when I have clients the bathroom will be unavailable for 15 minutes before they arrive & the last 30 minutes of their appointment time. If you happen to be a massage therapist too we can negotiate sharing my studio space.

I'm not fussed about nudity so it would be to share with someone else with a similar outlook.

Plenty of space; fairly quiet neighbourhood; safe area.

You MUST be able to pass a credit check that will cost $35.
Deposit of 4 weeks rent ($1000.00), plus 1 month rent in advance payable before moving in.

The bedroom is furnished & there is NO space for any more furniture in the rest of the house.
1 shared bathroom.
There's an area for filming self-tape auditions & doing voice overs.
- the house only has window AC units and a weird heating system but I've managed for 9 years here!
Laundry facilities in the garage ($1.75 per load, free dryer).

Bills not included - gas/electric & internet.
Plenty of free street parking (all garage spaces are currently taken)

ABSOULTELY NO HARD DRUGS, or heavy drinkers. Smoking on the property is not permitted, & no pets allowed either.
