Room has ceiling fan and 2 closets! Plenty of storage space. Bedrooms are upstairs with carpeting, and wood flooring downstairs.


Unit has washer/dryer INSIDE, central AC, dishwasher, fireplace, all kitchen appliances (downstairs is furnished). Parking shared in driveway. Easy street parking too.

Rent is $925/mo+ utilities. Deposit is $925.
Utilities include: electric, trash, gas, internet, wifi.

Best suited for a clean, respectful professional between 25-40 age range. Male or female, LGBT-friendly and 420 friendly - all types welcomed. Townhouse is shared with one person; has a very chill cat. Unit only allows for a cat - sorry no other pets.

30 yr old female who is clean, easy going, courteous, and has excellent payment history. Ive had many living arraignments and remained in good terms with all landlords and would like to keep that going. Its really important that my roommate is a prompt payer, clean and tidy, and has a job or actively in school. I work full time M-F and am fully vaccinated. I dont have many overnight guests and always check if my roommate is comfortable and okay with it. Id like this to be a mutual courtesy since the room is for only one person.
