I live in the property in Glendale with my husband. I have a 4 bedroom house with central air/heat; upfront expenses are 2 months upfront plus a $500 security deposit and a $200 non- refundable room cleaning fee..

Furnished room includes the following -- queen size bed with mattress topper pillows, blankets, bed sheets and towels; Small refrigerator, microwave, desk, and chair and, weekly bathroom cleaning, , TV, semi-private bathroom, all utilities, shared parking, high-speed internet/Wi-Fi, gorgeous backyard with extended wi-fi, full use of kitchen, washer and dryer on premise.

We own an iguana

The house has vibrant colors throughout the rooms to give it a more warm and cozy feeling; floors are ceramic and laminate wood. I have a beautiful garden where you can enjoy a very relaxing environment; you will be surrounded by many types of plants, fruit trees, birds, wind chimes and water fountains.

Non smoking, Drug Free environment . I am not looking for someone who loves to bring the party home. This is a quiet neighborhood and a very peaceful environment. We are very respectful of your space and expect the same. My home in Glendale is centrally located to many nearby stores and Malls like The Glendale Galleria, The Americana, and Eagle Rock Plaza. Downtown LA is just 7 miles away. There is easy access to the 5, 2 and 134 freeways and the Metrolink is about 2 miles.
