Hi Everyone!
My name is Jess and I’ll be moving into this bright and spacious condo, taking the master bedroom and am looking for a roommate to rent out the guest bedroom (will not be furnished). The guest bedroom includes its own bathroom, closet, built in cabinet and ceiling fan. The condo is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit in a 32 unit building on a quiet block in Fox Hills, Culver City. The condo has a gas fireplace and a balcony facing the community heated swimming pool. The neighborhood is friendly, dog-friendly!, and walkable with easy access to Fox Hills Park, tennis and basketball courts, picnic areas, running paths, Westfield mall, Sprouts and Trader Joe’s. It’s a 5 minute drive to Playa Vista and 10 minutes to Playa del Rey. Very close to the 405 and 90.

Me: 31, native LA gal, working full time from home in Healthcare IT. I’m pretty clean, respectful, responsible, drama-free. I hope you are similar! At home I’m relatively quiet, either working or cooking something or watching TV. I like to go for a jog, hike, read, play some guitar (usually in my room though lol), and explore LA. Definitely help me finish my bottles of wine and join me in a movie night once in a while but otherwise, I’ll just be doing my own thing! :) I’m very COVID conscious, try to keep communal spaces clean, and am open to getting COVID tested whenever appts are available.

You: Respectful, mature, clean, communicative and friendly female about 27-35 years. Is COVID conscious. Non-smoker. Financially responsible and pays rent on time. Has had experience living on your own or living with roommates. I’d prefer if you worked outside of the house, but given COVID circumstances I can understand if you are also WFH. Is willing to keep shared living spaces clean.
