This really nice, well maintained home is south of Ventura Blvd, in a quiet neighborhood. No cats No drugs, including weed and no smoking please. If you have a dog it needs to be 40 to 70 lbs as my dog doesn't l like small dogs. She is 50 lbsI want a female housemate. There is plenty of street parking, garage for storage (reasonable charge) utilitities shared 1/4-3/4(me). No charge for internet.
The room is very large with two closets. Private full bath room. Kitchen recently remodeled. Must be covid vaccinated to the 4th booster. Asking to see vaccination card. Looking forward to meeting my next tenant.
