Looking for Chill Female Roomie :)

Hi,

My roommate and I are seeking a third roommate for our cute spot in Echo Park. You will have your own unfurnished bedroom and attached private bathroom in this 3 bed/3 bath apartment for $1266/month + utilities. The bedroom currently fits a queen bed comfortably. Each room has a/c and heat wall units and there is a washer/dryer in the apartment. There’s lots of natural light and a cute patio!

We have two cats that are very sweet and friendly with people but not other animals, so unfortunately this means there’s no room for any additional pets.

There’s always plenty of street parking and is a 5 minute walk to Sunset/15 minute walk to Echo Park Lake.

We’re looking for a chill, clean gal that we can mesh well with (I’m a Taurus (30 y/o) and my roomie is a Gemini (24 y/o). You will be subjected to an application process with the landlord to be added to our current lease. Our lease is month to month, but neither of us have plans of leaving this spot anytime soon!
