This is a bright and airy private bedroom with shared bathroom in a 2,600sq. ft ranch-style home. The room is 13ft x 12ft, with a large Eastern-facing window (blinds and curtains provided). The room comes unfurnished; there's a 5ft closet with double mirrors + loft storage, and you'll have your own bathroom storage and dedicated sink/counter space.

Month to month lease, all-inclusive price covers:
- All utilities: electricity, water, gas, trash, very fast internet with Netflix and HBO,
- Housekeeping + groundskeeping, monthly cleaning service
- Gated parking
- On-site handyman/homeowner who takes care of required maintenance and emergency repairs

The home is in a prime, accessible location only a few blocks from:
- 210 Freeway, Madre exit
- Shopping Centers (including a Super Target and Hastings Ranch, which has everything you may need, incl. Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, Coffee and Juice shops, a variety of Restaurants, Department Stores, Banks, etc)
- Metro station (Gold line will take you to DT LA's Union Station in ~35 mins)
- Gas station
- Historic Colorado Blvd (a couple blocks from Rose Parade route)
...and a ~15-minute drive to Old Town Pasadena, Santa Anita mall and racetrack, Caltech, 110 Fwy, hiking trails, Huntington Gardens, Arboretum, Rose Bowl stadium, and California Speedway.

We like to have friends over at least once a week, usually for Sunday night for some HBO/movie action.

Looking for a roommate who will be respectful of the property and everything offered, doesn't mind musical instruments being played during regular hours (our nephew, with whom you'll be sharing the bathroom, is a musician and often practices at home)

About the space:
You'll have access to another half bathroom and all house living areas. Pictures are current. We tend to keep things as tidy as shown in the pictures and are looking for someone who can be a part of that living environment.

The house is on a quiet street, and the room faces the back patio, so there's minimal noise, especially at night.

Full access to kitchen, laundry room, family/movie room, dining room, foyer, large front lawn, driveway parking, additional storage if needed, and to the back patio with gas bbq, ping-pong table, and the most delicious oranges-tree.
