Large sunny room with private bath - gated complex

Our wonderful housemate is moving for work and we now have a beautiful room with private bathroom available in our four-bed flat. Move-in date: before mid-July.

The room is spacious and very bright, with large windows. It looks onto the pretty idyllic community courtyard (complete with fountain). It is unfurnished (the bed frame in the ad has been removed). The private bathroom down the hall has a combined tub/shower.

The shared living room/kitchen is much bigger and nicer than it looks in the pictures. All fully furnished, regularly cleaned. There is also a nice, west-facing, roomy yard with patio.

We're looking for a new housemate who is relaxed, tidy and fun!

THE ROOMMATES

Overall, we're a pretty chill group of people. We're good friends with our upstairs neighbors and enjoy hanging out, walking/hiking, movie watching and happy hours at home.

Zu: (29) female, writer and director extraordinaire. Very British, very funny.

Dion: (32) male, film & TV editor currently working from home (various hours depending on the project). Enjoys hiking and ice cream. No chocolate. His cat is a female maine coon mix named Willow.

Kenzie: (26) female, artist and bath enthusiast. Enjoys hiking, yoga, reading, making music, making/eating all foods.

Willow (cat): she's very opinionated. She plays hard to get but enjoys a good cuddle and nap. Strictly indoor.
