HUGE Room with Private Enterance!!!

I have an amazing apartment with a furnished room for rent located in Silverlake, with close proximity to downtown LA, Los Feliz, Hollywood. The room has a private entrance. I am an Interior Designer, and have lived in the place for 11 years. It has a huge patio with views of the Hollywood hills. It is located on a dead end street, is quiet and only has 5 other units surrounding the apartment. It's an apartment built around 1940, and has ton's of charm!!! Everyone that comes to visit for the first time loves the place due to the fact that it has a very tranquil feeling about the place, and due to the set up of each unit, it feels like you have your own home. The other tenants have lived here longer than I have, which indicates how special the apartment building is, no one wants to leave the place! We all keep to ourselves but are friendly with each. I'm looking for someone who is financially stable, honest, clean, friendly, respects privacy, is easy going, and wants a place that they will treat like there own home. I'm not looking for someone that will be partying and have guest's over all the time, of course people are welcome, but in moderation. I am easy going, have been traveling for a month at a time every 2-4 months for the last few years, so it is essential that I feel whoever I rent the room to is beyond trustworthy and will take care of the place. I do have a cat "Mr. Jenkins" and would love to know that when I am away he will be cared for. He is an indoor/outdoor cat, so no smelly liter box to contend with.
