We are looking for 2 roommates to fill out a very nice 4 bedroom house. Laid back professional people in the film industry, both occupants currently male. More on us later, here’s the descriptions the place -

Relaxing private rooms with breathtaking Mountain Views available in a modern, warm and welcoming hillside retreat. Renovated single family dwelling with 4 bedrooms and 2 ½ bathrooms. A comfortable way to live whilst waiting out the pandemic.

Perched on a hill in a Great Location in Eagle Rock, between Colorado Blvd and York Blvd, nearly every kind of restaurant, bars, vintage clothing and furniture stores, record stores, Music Venues, Coffee Shops, art galleries and a Private College. It's a cool scene near several other cool scenes.

Currently there are 2 rooms available, rent 1 or both. Couples are welcome to apply only if they plan to rent both rooms. Both rooms come furnished.
Grey Room (900) - is smaller than the corner room, but not tiny, decent size room, has good views, comes with a wardrobe that lights up when you open it
Corner Room (1100)- is larger, almost as big as a master bedroom, has the best views in the house, decent size closet
Both rooms offer a lot of privacy. Share a bathroom with just one other person.

2 roommates already present, have been roommates for 12 years. Work in Film/TV Post Production. Nice guys, pretty chill and easy going. 1 is the landlord.
