Eagle Rock was named the second best neighborhood in the country. I?ve been to the number one and they are wrong, Eagle Rock is the best.

This serene retreat is nestled in the hills North of Colorado Blvd., conveniently located minutes from the 2, 134, 5 and 210 freeways as well as easy access to Metro rail and buses.

Minutes from Pasadena, Downtown and all the Studios. The house is a fully restored Craftsman, complete with the original hardwood floors and crystal doorknobs. Surrounded by trees and lush greenery, it is the perfect escape from the city but is still within walking distance of all the eclectic cafes and shops that make Eagle Rock so unique.

The house has central air and heat, fireplace, washer & dryer in the house, a large deck with BBQ and fire pit table and a large backyard.

The house is a sanctuary from the hustle and bustle of LA. In other words, it?s not a party house, it?s more of a wine and crafting house.

The bedroom is an unfurnished 10? x 12? size with hardwood floors and two windows for great light.

Private full bath. The bath has been remodeled with new fixtures and gorgeous travertine tile throughout.

The bedrooms are at opposite ends of the house so they are very private.

Utilities, garbage, high speed WiFi, cable TV (with all the premiums) are included in the rent.

Parking is a breeze as there are no parking restrictions on this quiet residential street.

A professional, easy-going, female. You don?t have to be a neat freak but please don?t be a slob either. No smoking. No drugs. Would consider small pet but it must get along with the 3 ridiculously cute rabbits already live here. Would prefer someone that is working remotely.

I'm working remotely now and find I'm morphing into a Victorian housewife, I garden, bake and am learning canning. I take Covid very seriously and you should too.
