Seeking Friendly Roommate to Share Condo

Looking for a female roommate to share my condo (this unit appears more like an apartment with condo amenities and recently remodeled):
Private bedroom with 2-door closet. Shared Bathroom (there are 1.5 baths, I will mostly use the 1/2 bathroom so the full bath will practically be yours),
Shared use of Kitchen with Dishwasher and shared Refrigerator, Shared use of Living Room, Central Air/Heat.
Washer/Dryer is shared among 4 units, Large Patio/entrance, Optional Parking in Garage or Off-street Parking, Storage available in Garage, Pool in complex.

My ideal roommate is:
Someone I can be friends with, reliable, respectful, friendly/easy going, tidy,
Aged 25-40,
I am a 33 year old working professional female. I'm pretty laidback and hoping to find someone similar. I love to stay home and cuddle with my kitty, but also like to go out chasing adventures. I love to hike, backpack/camp, work out at the gym (24 Hr is 2 mi away) or at home with a DVD, and can usually be found at a concert or festival.

Must be kitty friendly.

*My landlord will need to run a credit check, check proof of income, and requires a 1-year lease.
Rent $950 + approx $65 for utilities, including wifi.
