Largest, west facing, room with the most natural light in a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment near Lake Ave in Pasadena. Top floor apartment with balcony facing South, completely renovated, with hardwood floors, washer and dryer in unit, close to elevator and stairs for easy move in. Gated community with pool and fitness center (will open up again post covid pandemic) Walking distance to Trader Joes, Pavilions, and loads of other stores and restaurants on Lake Ave. Tree-lined street in a very safe neighborhood. Easy access to 210 and 110 freeways.

Two paid parking spots included in the lease, and we both have cars. There is street parking with strict regulations, but overnight and weekend parking is safe. We can easily formulate a system - that is fair for everyone - where we take turns in the parking garage and on the street.

A bit about us! Dylan (who has only just moved in mid January) (30, female, yoga instructor) has a cat and a dog that will be living with us. She loves to cook and will share her food with you if you let her! She works from home, and if she’s not on her computer editing or on coaching calls, you can find her filming her yoga classes, hunting down sunny spots around the apartment, or outside on the balcony to warm up (solar powered).

Justin (30, male, Registered Dietitian/Personal Trainer/Group X Instructor) also works from home most of the time, hosting live fitness, boxing, cooking, and meditation classes. He loves to hike, is incredibly clean and organized, and values communication above all things. When he’s not working, you can find him DJing, playing video games, or playing with Dylan's derpy doggo.

Since we both film for our professions, we have a designated filming spot in the living room. This area will be up kept and presentable at all times, in order to respect all of us who share the space.

Who we are looking for: A clean, respectful, community-oriented, and communicative individual who likes animals, music, incense, and who wants to work as part of a team to create the most ideal living situation for all of us. We take Covid VERY seriously, so we do have some house rules/expectations that we would like to establish prior to moving in. We believe that communication and respect is key in any living situation and we hope you do as well.

Rent: $1100
Utilities: (including super duper high speed internet) $60-80/month each
For renewing the lease, we get half off in February. So the month of February would only be $550. The deposit is $267, plus the application fee of $75 (split 2 ways, so $37.50)
Total move in price: $854.50
