Private bedroom and bathroom in luxury apartment

There is no furniture yet but there will be when I move in on June 23rd. I need a roommate for the other bedroom and bathroom. There is a double sink in the bathroom and a walk in closet. The kitchen is stainless steel and white which is aesthetic. There are wood floors. There is a large refrigerator. There is a dishwasher. There is a balcony. There is a washer and dryer. There is a shared living room and kitchen. The building is called 1000 grand by Windsor, located in DTLA because that is where my college FIDM is. The building is very luxurious. There is a pool, a gym, a movie theater, a work/ study area, and a seating area with a view of the LA skyline. The apartment is 1086 square feet.
