Private Bed and Bath in Downtown

Private Bedroom and bath with tandem parking spot. Has a dishwasher and w/d in the unit. Includes amenities: pool, gym, bbq area. Big enough to fit a California King sized bed and you have a walk in closet. Pets are fine. Don't mind the mess in the pictures as roomate is in the middle of a move but normally a very clean and respectful environment. The common area will be missing the green couch, coffee table, and tv/tvstand so there is some room to bring in your things and make it homie right away. Looking for someone to add to the lease until the beginning of November at which point we can decide to extend lease (preferred option) or part ways if it does not work out. Rent is 1250 each and utilities come out to around 150 each per month. Willing to consider a couple but obviously we would adjust the per person rent slightly.

About me: I am a bartender so most nights you'll have the place to yourself. I don't really have people over too much but we can talk about what works on any given night. Just no hardcore drug users. I hardly cook so kitchen is almost all yours. friendly, open minded, and respectful of each other and our space. I have a kid so he'll come around once a week or so. Cheers!
