Looking for Roomate for 3BR DTLA Luxury Apt

Hi all!

My roomate and I are looking for a working professional to join us in our 3BR apartment in a luxury complex in DTLA. Move-in is as soon as possible. We live at the WREN apartments in south park.

We work full time (consultant/speech pathologist) so we are generally out during the day and home in the later part of the evening (though this is different given COVID-19). We like to have fun, but prefer to keep our home space clean, quiet and chill (please don?t bring the party home!). We often utilize our beautiful island kitchen and large living room (with a TV). We also live with a french bulldog, so pet-friendly is a must!

Own Bedroom/Bathroom
Term: 6 month minimum

We are looking for someone who is in a similar stage in life (working + mid twenties to early thirties), clean, responsible and pays bills on time, friendly, respectful of communal space and someone we?d enjoy sharing our home space with!
